Originally ordered a plant from a “big box” floral company for the death of a family member. They failed to complete a simple order and had excuse after excuse as to why they couldn’t deliver it.. they even tried to get me to approve a third party ship it by mail. I cancelled that order and placed it through Briar Patch and they delivered it the same day. Great service and communications throughout the process. Thanks Briar Patch!

After a friend sent a photo of the flowers I had sent, I left an unfavorable review online, and the owner almost immediately called me to make it right. (I was completely wrong, as it turns out. The first photo was taken at a very bad angle; a later photo proved that. And the shop's photo of what they had sent was gorgeous.) She had another arrangement made up and was going to personally deliver it after work. Lesson learned. If you do have an issue (which is unlikely), call the shop directly before leaving a negative review. This shop will bend over backwards to make sure the flowers received meet or exceed your expectations. They do beautiful work!

Kaylynne’s Briar Patch Florist was a joy to work with! We ordered a beautiful rose teacup arrangement for my mom’s birthday. The flowers that were originally ordered were unavailable and they went out of their way to get in touch with me via email when my phone number did not work to discuss what they could use instead. What they delivered was even more beautiful than what was originally ordered!! They put so much effort and care into the arrangement. My mom loved it and I was happy we could get something special delivered while we live so far!

A group of friends scattered across the country, we chose Kaylynne's Briar Patch Florist for a memorial arrangement based on overall excellent Google reviews. We were hoping for something other than the standard funeral flowers to honor our late friend, and while our intial communication with the shop didn't yield a tribute that matched our vision, Kaylynne herself took exceptional care to rework the piece beautifully, send a photo and deliver it on time. Thank you, Kaylynne and staff, for your patience, professionalism and artistry.

Called Briar Patch from Oklahoma, wanting a very particular style birthday bouquet delivered the next day. Not only did they have availability for the quick turnaround, but listened to my very specific request and knocked it out of the park! I cannot express enough how thrilled I was when I saw the final product! Every detail I mentioned was done! The color palette was matched to a T! Just absolute fantastic customer service, professionalism, and skill. Highly recommend!
